Recently this error message has been popping up on the console.
Tcl error [first:join]: invalid command name "::tcl::clock::format"
Tcl error [join:count]: invalid command name "::tcl::clock::format"
The bot does this when first joining a channel and then repeats every 15 to 30 seconds and will render the bot unresponsive.
The bot is run on a shell provider and has been running flawlessly until just recently.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello, i think it's related to tcl package installed, maybe it got updated ? That procedure is one from tcl package.
